Acceptance of orders by Jane McMillan Art are subject to the clearance of funds and where applicable authorisation of debit or credit card details. Jane McMillan Art reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any order.
No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Jane McMillan Art unless, and until an email is sent by Jane Mcmillan Art to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made. For the avoidance of doubt artwork remains the property of Jane McMillan Art until cleared funds are received in full.
Customers buying artwork from Jane McMillan Art accept responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in the respect of importation of any artworks they have ordered.
In the event of a credit or debit card being used to purchase artwork without the relevant authority, the customer shall be obliged to return the artwork.
Copyright of all artworks and images remains with Jane McMillan Art and in no case may any party reproduce such images.
Returns - Customers wishing to return an artwork within the UK do so at their own cost. Artwork must be returned in original condition along with the packaging and with all relevant documents. I Jane McMillan Art cannot offer a refund for returns from out-with the UK.
Customers wishing to return an artwork should do so within 7 days of notifying Jane Mcmillan Art that they wish to return the artwork. On returning artwork customers should make sure artwork is sent with proof of postage, proof of receipt, and adequate insurance so matters of loss or damage can be dealt with separately. Customers are advised to keep all receipts.
Given that cancellation and returns have been completed as outlined above a full refund of the purchase price will be given for the artwork, excluding delivery charges. For the avoidance of doubt, customers are responsible for paying carriage and insurance for any returns.

All works on this website are copyright protected with all rights reserved, permission for any use including electronic must be granted by the artist.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer the copyright. The copyright to produce the works in copies, to produce derivative work based on the copyrighted image, and distribute copies is retained by the Artist.
